Techdealing? Why should I do this? How is this going to make me money?
Basically, tech costs a lot for large nations. For a large nation to buy 100 tech it would cost tens of millions of dollars. But to a small nation, tech is cheap. You can buy 100 tech for less than $1.8 million. This is where tech dealing helps both parties - you get $3m per 100 tech, which gives you a profit of between $1.2m and $1.5m based on your nation's setup. In addition, the large nation saves $5 or $10 million, or even more at times. By now you're probably interested in tech dealing, but don't go jumping into it just yet! Read on to learn how to make the most money and do things correctly!
Sounds good. How specifically do I go about selling?
1) First, sign up! FOK will arrange buyers!
2) One or Two buyers will send you cash on a certain day. Do not spend this money on infrastructure or land; you need it to buy tech.
2) Buy ONLY 50 tech in this way if you are at 0:

If you are at 33: buy 7 tech to get to 40 -> buy 10 to get to get to 50 tech. If you have more then 50 technology already, do NOT buy any tech! To make a maximum profit, as a dealer you should NEVER buy 100tech at the same time! As a dealer you should NEVER have more then 50 technology in your posession.
3) Offer this 50 tech to 3 or 4 persons (in this lottery, you will receive a mail 2 days before with nation URL's to send the technology to!)
4) When one nation has accepted the 50tech, you will be at 0 technology again with still 2 or 3 outstanding offers. They can't accept the technology if you don't rebuy! So rebuy to 50 tech again when you see one has accepted the tech :)
5) Check your nation daily or a few times a day to rebuy technology when one has accepted :)
