This is how to techdeal and make profit! Be sure to follow the steps below!

STEP 0: If you don't have the improvement 'Foreign Ministeries', buy it!
If you don't have an empty improvementslot, buy some infra (don't spend more then $ 1,000,000.00)
then you will be able to buy a Foreign Ministeries improvement!

If you still can't buy a Foreign Ministeries contact me as soon as possible!

STEP 1: you will receive two  foreign aid offers from $ 3,000,000.00.
You can go to step 2 if you already have 50 technology OR if only 1 of the 2 offers has been made to you.
Don't worry: I promise you the 2nd offer will arrive soon :-). Accept the money when you see it.

STEP 2: Go to your technology purchase screen

Now, something very important. As a techdealer in the lottery, you should only have 51 technology as maximum!!!
If you have more than 50 technology right now, DON'T BUY ANY TECHNOLOGY YET!
If you for example have 20 technology, you buy 30 more.

As you can see, I have 4,226.39 technology. Therefore I will NOT buy any technology at this point!!

STEP 3: Go to the lottery and check who are in your group.
On this next screenie the dealer names (like yourself) haven't been filled out yet.
Lets say I am dealer 'a' in this techdeal.. And the schedule is:

Techdealer a sends 50 technology to buyer 2 & 3 & 4

Techdealer b sends 50 technology to buyer 3 & 4 & 5

Techdealer c sends 50 technology to buyer 4 & 5 & 1

Techdealer d sends 50 technology to buyer 5 & 1 & 2

Techdealer e sends 50 technology to buyer 1 & 2 & 3

techdealer b (another small nation)
techdealer c (another small nation)
techdealer d (another small nation)
techdealer e (another small nation)

TECHBUYER 1 (FOK nation)
TECHBUYER 2 (FOK nation)
TECHBUYER 3 (FOK nation)
TECHBUYER 4 (FOK nation)
TECHBUYER 5 (FOK nation)

As you can see, I have to send 50 technology to 2, 3 and 4 (meaning I receive money from 1 and 5):
Natuurzuiver, Gorro and RedDevil085.
First I go to the nation of Natuurzuiver (by clicking the URL on the page). When you are on the page, click on 'Aid'

Now, you will get the foreign aid offer screen. As Foreign Aid Reason: FOK lottery techdeal!

Now, press 'Submit Foreign Aid'

So, is 50 technology gone now? NO, you still have your technology!!!
Check out your Transactions -> Technology screen again.. Nothing changed!

As long as people don't accept the offer, your nation still has 50 technology.
So you can offer the 50 technology you still have to the other nations too!
Despite the fact you only have 50 technology, you can offer up to a maximum of 250 technology
by using 5 AID slots (maximum in the lottery is 200 tech in the 2nd round)

STEP 4: repeat step 3, but then for the 2nd buyer (Gorro in this case)

STEP 5: repeat step 3, but then for the 3rd buyer (RedDevil085 in this case)

STEP 6: You are almost ready now! Somewhere on this day one of the buyer's will accept your aid offer.
Try to check out every 2-3 hours or so. Each time one of them has accepted, you will be at 0 technology.
Buy 50 technology (so you are at 50 technology again)! (SEE STEP 2 FOR DETAILS if you are drunk)
As a result the other 2 buyers will be able to accept their aid offer afterwards!

STEP 7: When all buyers have accepted, the money you have left is your profit!
Make sure to save $ 700,000.00 after the 1st round for the 2nd round. Don't spend all your money!!!
