26th of October: Last day you can accept or offer a foreign AID offer. Make sure you set your nation to 'war mode' and don't go to peace mode for the next 35 days (you can not send out AID while in peace mode)
3th of November: Last day to sign up for the 1st lottery.

4th of November: Dealers receive ingame message wich contains the URL's with users to send tech to
5th of November: FOK techbuyers will offer money to the dealers (6mil each) with description 'FOK techdeal lottery'
5th or 6th of November: Dealers make sure they have 50tech and offer this 50tech to all 3 buyers from the PM from 4th of November. In the next 2 days they rebuy the 50tech so the other FOK members can accept the tech

15th or 16th of November: Dealers make sure they have 50tech and offer this 50tech to all 4 buyers from the PM from 4th of November. In the next 2 days they rebuy the 50tech so the other FOK members can accept the tech

24th of November: Dealers receive ingame message wich contains the URL's with users to send tech to
25th of November: FOK techbuyers will offer money to the dealers (6mil) with description 'FOK techdeal lottery'
25th or 26th of November: Dealers make sure they have 50tech and offer this 50tech to all 3 buyers from the PM from 4th of November. In the next 2 days they rebuy the 50tech so the other FOK members can accept the tech

2th of December: The date the winners get choses using the fair system

Total money received per dealer: 15mil
Total tech send per dealer: 500
Meaning 5 3mil/100t deals
