Every person that joins the lottery and deals for 30 days (with a max of 5 days delay in total for all slots), will get a number. The number will be assigned on the basis of the alphabetical order of the ruler names. The one at the top of the list will get ticket 1, the next one ticket 2, etc. With 30 succesfull techdealers, there will be 30 tickets!

For selection of the winning ticket, we use the third-party website http://www.random.org/integers/?mode=advanced. By using this website, we can assure you full transparancy and a fair chance to win the prizes. The winning number will be presented on the CN boards, for fairness' sake.

Part 1
Generate 3 random integers (1st prize, 2nd prize, 3rd prize)
Each integer should have a value between 1 and (number of contestants)
